Your use of the application is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SureGo and Intellics Engineering Ltd. shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the application.
The SureGo application requires internet access to provide its core functionality, including product authenticity verification, ownership confirmation, data synchronization, and real-time updates.
All data transmitted between the app and SureGo servers is encrypted and securely processed. Internet access is used solely for application functionality and does not involve unrelated data collection.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their policies.
All payments are processed by third-party payment providers. SureGo does not store or process full payment card details.
The application may display advertisements or sponsored content. SureGo does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party products or services.
